Order Processing

  1. Stated Orders processing time for each service is estimated time. Sometime it takes more then that time so please make sure that you can wait for up to 7 days more above the listed time.
  2. Once your order is complete, you will be sent an email with all the instructions and your unlock code in that as well.
  3. Typically when you place an order it is processed right away, but sometime your order is ON-HOLD as we do perform routine checks on the orders, so it takes some extra time.


  1. Refunds are only offered if there is no user mistake found. If there is user mistake like IMEI entered is wrong, or the model selected is wrong or the service selected wasn’t the proper one which you were intended to use, UnlockingYourPhone.com doesn’t take any responsibility in regards to any kind of user mistakes.
  2. Make sure that if you are selecting Clean iPhone or any other service which states Clean Models only; Your phone is not blacklisted or is not really using any other networks which is not listed in the list.
  3. When you try to unlock the your iPhone, make sure that you restore it to get it unlocked, as iPhone needs to be restored fully via iTunes in order to be unlocked.
  4. If you are liable for the refund, it takes up to 10 days to issue a valid refund.
  5. If the device you are trying to unlock has “Stolen” status, we don’t take any responsibility for its unlocking and refunding the amount.
  6. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended, once order is made, payment is paid, we are unable to do anything, as we process your order and it becomes beyond our control to reverse fees and charges.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
